For nearly 20 years Robert has been an ecologist with the Huffman-Broadway Group in San Rafael, California providing environmental consulting services for residential and commercial development, creek and wetland restoration projects, and levee construction and maintenance. His areas of expertise include obtaining Clean Water Act Section 404 and Section 10 Rivers and Harbors Act authorizations, CDFW 1602 Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreements, State 401 Water Quality Certifications, and San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission permits.  In support of obtaining environmental entitlements, he conducts wetland delineations, prepares biological resources reports, biological monitoring, and conducts surveys for protected species such as the burrowing owls.
